There are no sharks in Greece.

Absolutely not. The Mediterranean is a closed sea, not an open ocean. There are not any dangerous fish, jellyfish, sharks or anything that would threaten you. Your children are safe to swim anywhere we go.

In fifty years of navigation in the Mediterranean Sea we have only encountered wonderful wild dolphins and magnificent sea turtles that we sometimes swim with. When snorkeling along the coast and the rock reefs, you will usually see an incredible variety of small rainbow-coloured fish.
